Holman, Kangaroo Point
Holman is a luxury apartment development in an exclusive location in Kangaroo Point, Brisbane. The seven level tower consists of 13 boutique 3 bedroom apartments with panorama views of Brisbane River and the CBD.
To align with the exclusive location, target demographic and price-point of these apartments, we wanted the branding and collateral to have a look of sophistication, elegance and luxury. We chose a colour palette of black, white and silver, with a pop of bright red. The tall and sleek logotype is paired with a jewel shaped logomark, which is derived from the shapes within the well-known landmark Story Bridge, which Holman will have expansive views of.
What we did: Strategy, branding and identity, including creative direction and coordination of lifestyle photography and copywriting.
Marketing components such as ROI and full website, eDMs, REA campaign, and print and digital advertising.
Project collateral including lifestyle brochure, marketing floorplans, agent sales book and stationery, and inclusions flyer.
Sales suite design and site signage design.
