Hermitage is a boutique sanctuary of townhouses, developed by Alpha 14 and Obeid Group. The development is bound by ancestral roots to the developer and it’s heritage as a famed vineyard producing award winning wine.
Being the only one of it’s kind in a bustling neighbourhood and layered with a unique and rich heritage set the tone for the brand.
We developed three pillars to tell the story, ‘Cool, Calm, Connected’ – ‘Cool’ for it’s thriving location, ‘Calm’ evocative of the sanctuary the development offers and ‘Connected’ acknowledging it’s historical roots.
The refined visual language and the tactility of the campaign material reflects the high-quality design and build of the residences. We commissioned photographer Rebecca Newman to create a series of campaign images to evoke each pillar through a voyeuristic lens. We worked with copywriter Hilary Simmons to develop a rich tone of voice to further elevate the story. Bringing it all together resulted in communications that cleverly blends heritage and contemporary to reflect a unique offering.
