The Minton consists of 60 three storey townhouses located within Pakenham. With a change of developer and the current marketing not quite doing the product justice, we worked with the new property developers and sales agents to deliver a new brand identity and marketing collateral with a contemporary design.
We renamed the development The Minton - the family name of the original land owners of the majority of the Pakenham area - to hark back to the roots of the land and surroundings.
With the new brand and marketing collateral in place, 75% of stage one was sold within the first week of launching.
What we did: Strategy, branding and identity, including coordination of 3D renders, lifestyle photography and copywriting, and REA management.
