Iconic, Kirra Beach
Iconic is an apartment development located in Kirra, on the southern beaches of the Gold Coast. Set on a prime beach-front location, the development consists of ground floor retail outlets and 98 apartments, spread across 14 levels.
When branding the project, we chose the name Iconic – a reference to the well-known surf breaks that dot the area, the popularity of the Gold Coast as a holiday destination, and to clearly position this project as an integral part of what makes Kirra such a highly desirable place to live.
We developed the brand identity and rolled it out across digital and printed marketing collateral. We also transformed an existing onsite café into the Iconic sales suite. This included reworking the café’s floorplan, drafting plans for custom built furnishings, and organising the fit out – all managed from our studio here in Melbourne.
What we did: Strategy, branding and identity, supported with lifestyle photography, view photography, 3D renders and copywriting.
Marketing components including website, eDMs, REA management, advertising, and PR.
Project collateral including project brochure, investor brochure, stationary and a range of promotional items. Sales suite design, floorplan design, and site signage.
